Q: I have an open bankruptcy that is not discharged. Can I still get a loan?
A: We do offer small cash loan services, payday loans etc. that can offer money in the case of open bankruptcies. You do need to consult with your trustee before applying for a loan however.

Q: I am currently unemployed. Do you have programs that offer loans for people that are unemployed?
A: No. All loan programs require a steady income.

Q: Do I need a co-signer?
A: In most cases you do not. However, while most finance rates are very competitive you can certainly obtain better finance rates if you do have a co-signer with good credit.

Q: Is it safe to apply online?
A: Absolutely! Our applications are hosted on a secure server and when you submit your application it is encrypted and sent instantly to the person handling your request. Our servers do not store data related to your personal information.

Q: Do you charge a fee for applying online?

Q: Do I need a down payment?

Q: How long does it take to get approved?

Q: What are no fax loans?
A: These are loans that you can obtain online and they do not require you to use a fax machine.

Q: How can I provide essential documents without using a fax?
A: If you have the ability to scan and email documents such as proof of income, proof of residency etc. you simply scan and email the documents to your loan officer.

Payday Loan Questions and Answers

Q: What is a payday loan?
A: A payday loan is a small loan ($100-$2500) that is provided to you until your next pay date.

Q: Do I have to repay the entire loan back on my next paycheck?
A: In most cases you can simply pay the interest or a portion of the loan amount plus interest and that provides you an extension until the next pay date.

Q: What is the minimum income requirement for getting a payday loan?
A: While this can vary from one program to the next the general rule is that you must have at least $800 per month income.

Q: Do you offer payday loan services in my area?
A: You will need to check with your local laws to ensure payday loans are allowed for your City or State.

Q: Are payday loans expensive?
A: Yes. On average the interest associated with your loan is about $20 per $100 borrowed. This interest is the minimum due on your next pay date.

A: No. NFS is a special finance service which means that 99% of our customers have some type of credit problem. Our service is designed to provide you with the necessary loan and to help you rebuild your credit.

Q: How large of a personal loan can I qualify for?
A: This depends on many factors which can include; income amount, severity of credit problems, specific program guidelines for your area and total monthly expenses to name a few. Once you apply online the loan officer handling your application can give you a more thorough overview of loan amount potentials.

Q: Does your services include unsecured and secured loans?
A: Yes.

Title Loan Questions & Answers

Q: What is a title loan?
A: These are loans given based on you securing the loan with your automobile, boat, RV or other vehicle that holds a title.

Q: Am I required to have insurance on the vehicle to get a loan?
A: Yes.

Q: My title has me AND another person listed as the owners. Does it require both parties?
A: Yes. Some exceptions can void this requirement. The person handling your loan request can visit with you about any special circumstances that may pertain to your situation.

Q: How much of a loan can I get on my vehicle.
A: This depends on the value of your vehicle. Generally, you can borrow approximately 30%-50% of the value of your automobile.

Q: My vehicle is not paid for. Can I still get a loan?
A: This can vary from state to state but in most cases if you have some equity built in you can qualify for a loan.
